Bitcoincryptos.com is published by Etero (eteronewbiz@gmail.com). We are the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.
2. What data we process
- Daily digest (newsletter): when you sign up we process your first name, last name, email address and preferred language. This is based on your consent (double opt-in: you confirm via a link in your email).
- Visitor statistics: we keep anonymised visitor figures (the page requested, the referring site, browser type and an anonymised IP address — the last part is erased). No cookies are used for this and the data cannot be traced to an individual. Legal basis: legitimate interest (website statistics).
- Cookies: we place only functional cookies for your language choice, your theme (light/dark) and remembering your cookie choice. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
3. Advertising
This site may display advertising. Our own banners collect no personal data. If we introduce an advertising network in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and we will request additional consent where necessary.
4. Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. To send the digest we use an external email service (a processor within the EU/EEA). Hosting runs on a server in Germany (Netcup, EU).
5. Retention periods
We keep subscriber data until you unsubscribe; after that it is deleted. Anonymised statistics contain no personal data and are retained for trend analysis.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of every digest email. For other requests: eteronewbiz@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
